Rename some terms:

• Species -> Organism
  • label = name in md format
  • shortlabel = shortname in md format
• SequenceType: split into
  • SequenceType is only RNA, DNA or PEP
  • add SequenceClass with Chromosome, rRNA, snRNA, snoRNA, DuplexFragment
  • add AnnotationType with ACA_Box, C_Box, D_Box, H_Box and Other

  • add genomes for other genome the sequence appears in. #14
